Remember to wash your hands first if you haven’t done so already, put an apron on and then you are truly ready to go!

  1. Peal the banana
  2. Mash the banana with a fork in the cup.
  3. Add the egg and stir carefully
  4. Use the measuring spoons (Or a a normal tablespoon and teaspoon) to measure the  cacao, the porridge oats and the baking powder and add them to the mug.

Note:  Remember 1/4 tsp means as much as:  a quarter of a teaspoon. It means that 4 of those would fit exactly in 1 teaspoon. Think about a circle: you would need 4 pieces of 1/4 to make up 1 whole circle. It works exactly the same with the teaspoon.
