Lots of fruit, little chocolate
Yes, the Easter holiday has started! The sun is even joining us this morning! We were up early as usual, and everybody was in the perfect mood for a great fun Easter Activity in the kitchen. Because chocolate seems to be in every little corner at the moment, we couldn’t use too much chocolate for our home activity as well. The amount of sugar would definitely be too much! We used fruit as the base instead and only added little bits of chocolate with it to make our healthy Easter bunnies today.
We made some lovely, cute little bunnies and they were very tasty as well. I love the combination of fruit and chocolate, as long as the proportion is right: Lots of fruit, some chocolate!
Simply cut up the fruit in different shapes and sizes and see how you can create an Easter Bunny with it. Use chocolate sprinkles and chocolate chips or chocolate flakes to add some great finishing touches.
